Primary objective of the job: 


The position is responsible for driving commercial best practice and initiatives in the specialist function of revenue generating BTL campaigns, within a specific region (West Indies markets ), through insight, data and analysis, using every available cluster, regional and group resource to prioritize planning and execution within agreed project timescales.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for end to end delivery of CVM campaigns for assigned markets to underpin and exceed market revenue/EBITDA budgets
  • Responsible for identifying CVM opportunities to best support market budgets and P&Ls that require specific focus, across both Consumer and Corporate, Prepaid, Postpaid and Home.
  • Responsible for all appropriate process governance and documentation, both to adhere to existing policies but also to challenge where new practices could improve any KPI and support the markets.
  • Responsible for CVM innovation and best practice, through simple A/B testing to more complex segment test matrices to constantly test and learn, test and learn, and drive improvements and results at every opportunity. To adopt a “try it” DNA. 
  • To manage any testing required to prepare for campaign execution in conjunction with the local market Commercial Executives.
  • To take joint responsibility for the market P&Ls and support the delivery off all market KPI’s across GSM and FTTH products.
  • To work hand-hand with market channel leads to plan and execute CVM activity with a blended approach to delivery (SMS, MDA Flash, Telesales, Social Media and all other appropriate platforms)
  • To provide support to the CVM Manager in initiative concept development, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • To assist with the establishment of an initiative war chest (CVM specific) and learning resource centre, designed to share best practice across the entire company. To drive innovation and stimulate innovation in others.
  • To play a leadership role in colleague development, acting as a mentor where appropriate and providing professional and functional expertise and support to enhance the overall Regional competency index.
  •  To prioritize self-development and actualization, through enhanced listening skills, cross-team interaction, personal journey mapping and a sustained work balance.



Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:


  • 4+ years of experience as a CRM Analyst, Campaign Analyst.
  • Expert of the technical backend systems (CAIN, Redknee, DWH, Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM) platform, SMSC server, AIR servers (Dedicated Accounts), USSD, UMM
  • Experience with a campaigning tool (Lumata, Siebel / Selligent / SAP Hybris, SAS Campaign Optimization)
  • Knowledge on test methodologies

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of telecom industry with practical knowledge of telecom practices, policies and regulations.
  • Proficient in Financial and business modelling and excel modelling of complex problems
  • Thorough understanding of pricing, portfolio management, marketing and internal processes.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks, with an ability to effectively delegate where appropriate.
  • Very strong customer focus
  • A brilliant commercial outlook and obsession for commercial success.
