Primary Objective:

 

Reporting to the General Manager of Business Solutions, your primary duty will be to deliver sales, work with and support the Business Solutions Sales Unit to grow the business and meet sales targets for Digicel Business in the ICT area across the Cayman Islands.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Account Plans for each account to offer tailored product and service consultations
  • Develop overall sales strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance
  • Manage recurring revenue account relationships
  • Prospect new customers
  • Foster relationships between ICT departments and Digicel’s Business Solutions Sales Team
  • - Drive multi-service ICT revenues through multi-year contracts
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop corporate client solutions
  • Address customer technical issues
  • Present Digicel capabilities and future plans at customer sites
  • Identify additional sales opportunities
  • Provide competitor feedback to Digicel management

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of account management/sales experience
  • 2 years of experience selling cloud solutions or similar products
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales success.Experience in quota-driven environments

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Skilled at building strong social networks
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Outlook
  • Experience with sales management tools
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and targets
  • High drive and stamina
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
  • Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and account management skills
