Job Title
Supply Chain Finance Coordinator
Primary objective of the job:
This role reports to the Financial Controller and is responsible for all aspects of the supply chain process, Market Purchase Requisitions and lease management (using the finance system Nomos).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchase Requisition to Payment:

- Process and validate vendor forms – creation of new vendors and uploading in WD and working with SSC Master data team to ensure completion on Workday.
- Ensure proper coding (Work tags) of expenses to ensure accurate postings to the Financial Statement
- Maintain and update vendor records and work with SSC master data team to ensure - Suppliers Listing and details are accurate in Workday.
- AP – Reconciliations - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP Invoices
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities.
Coordinate with Procurement:
- Work closely with purchasing teams to align inventory purchases with budget and demand forecasts.
Reconciliation:
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and support internal/external audits.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, slow-moving items, etc.
- Work closely with stores and distributors managing the direct fulfillment to channel

- Daily fulfillment of corporate handsets
- Ensure that all stocks remain below Group limits of 45 Days and aged stock is turned over 90 days before
- Coordinate Digicel Group handset portfolio forecast for all channels and place monthly orders, plus feedback to channel managers weekly on delivery timelines
- Monitoring “DRT” Digicel repair tracker and working closely with repair center and retail on returned faulty stock.
- Continuously seeking process improvements and automation opportunities
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Accounting or a related field
- Finance certification in data analysis and reporting
- At lease 3-5 years experience handling lease management, lease accounting and compliance
- At least 3-5 years experience in procurement and supply chain management
