Primary Objective of Job:
The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing a set group of customers from our SME segment of our customer base. In addition to account management, the core objective to this role is to maintain all revenues
within the base, manage all issues and escalations from customers, and identify opportunities to grow revenue within the account base. This is a target based role so achievement of target is essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet their monthly sales quota from their assigned customers.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track monthly sales performance, account based activity and sales pipeline.
- To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the full Digicel portfolio of both GSM and ICT solutions.
- To maintain a high level of awareness of both local and market trends that could support new business development

Academic qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Business/Management or similar field
- A track record of high performance against quota
- Ability to demonstrate capability for successful account management, GSM sales and ICT sales.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales or ICT

Candidate must have own vehicle.
Salary Information: This role is commission based (there is base salary and allowances included)
