Primary objectives of the job:

Resposible for providing support in the area of data entry for the D+ Team.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Create spreadsheets to track important customer data

• Transfer data from hard/soft copy documents to a digital database

• Transfer and Update customer information from one platform to another and/or in various databases

• Organize existing data in a spreadsheets

• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records 

• Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers

• Search for and investigate information contained in files

• Perform regular database backups to secure data data electronically

• Input text-based and numerical information from source documents

• Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering

• Provide occasional administrative support 

• Review data for deficiencies or errors

• Assist with special tasks that require large amounts of data entry 

• Input and extract customer data quickly and efficiently

• Help to create import data files from

• Create queries if necessary and escalate to Team Lead and Manager

• Analyse, extract, manipulate and migrate information and data from Eare system to the TCRM system

• Liaise with our clients in cases where additional information maybe necessary

• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job: 

  • Minimum 5 CXC (Grades I-III), Maths and English included.
  • Experience in data entry would be an asset.
