Primary objective of the job:


As a FOTS Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services in an outdoor setting and helping to promote the overall brand. This role may require you to work beyond standard working hours and weekends to meet sales targets and fulfill customer needs.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Sales Prospecting:


• Actively approach and engage with potential customers in various villages and streets to generate leads and sales of our products and services.
• Identify and target potential customers in outdoor locations such as events, trade shows, public gatherings, or high-traffic areas.

Product Knowledge:


• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.

 

Customer Engagement:


• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.

 

Sales Targets:

 

• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, which may require working overtime during peak periods or special events.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and process all transactions in the POS system.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management and when and where required.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to better position our products or services.

  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory

 

Functional Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
