Finance Analyst - Guyana & Suriname

Primary objective of the job:

Key member of the Finance team responsible for analysing business performance, financial position, and cash flow.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Review and analyze the monthly management accounts to support business decisions and reporting.
• Model to report and support accurate customer billing and billing related adjustments. Support revenue assurance.
• Provide support for inventory and SAC analysis, reporting and controls.
• Provide support for commission reviews & approval, reporting and controls.
• Act as key finance support for Digicel Business and D+.
• Support monthly flash, monthly forecast and annual budget processes and deliverables
• Provide support for positive working environment across all departments & shared service centre.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Pursing ACCA or completed a recognised Accounting Qualification
• Minimum of 1 Year's experience in accounting

Functional Skills:

• Highly skilled user of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner
• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
•  Ability and desire to learn new skills
