Primary objective of the job:
As the Business Analyst Manager for Digicel’s South West Indies (SWI) Region — comprising Grenada, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, and Dominica — you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by analyzing business processes, interpreting data trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Care, Technical and Finance teams to support the delivery of FY26 strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional and in-market stakeholders to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Analyze trends across customer segments, revenue streams, churn, acquisition, and retention to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design, rollout, and tracking of commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment to revenue and growth targets.
- Create and manage business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform leadership decisions.
- Drive operational efficiency by analyzing existing workflows, systems, and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with CVM and BI teams to ensure consistent KPIs and campaign tracking metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive reports, focusing on business performance visibility.
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and provide ongoing performance evaluation and recommendations.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or commercial operations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge of SQL or experience collaborating with data teams
- Strong understanding of telecom or subscription-based business models preferred
- Experience in cross-market or multi-country environments is a plus
