Consumer Service Administrator
Job Summary
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Department through the accurate processing of sales applications, coordination of administrative activities, and management of customer queries. The role ensures that all sales transactions are completed efficiently, documentation is properly maintained, and customers receive timely updates and support throughout the sales and activation process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Processing & Administration
- Process all sales submissions received from the Sales Department in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review sales applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company requirements.
- Coordinate credit check submissions and follow up on approvals where necessary.
- Process activations, upgrades, and service requests within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer applications, activations, and sales reports.
- Update internal systems and tracking sheets with customer and sales information.
- Liaise with technical, service delivery, and customer care teams to ensure seamless processing and activation of services
Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Handle customer queries related to applications, activations, installations, billing concerns, and service updates.
- Provide customers with timely feedback regarding the status of their applications and activations.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Operational Support
- Support the Sales Team with administrative coordination for sales activities and campaigns.
- Ensure all submitted forms are properly completed and signed before processing.
- Assist with preparation of reports, sales trackers, and operational documentation.
- Monitor pending requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support for outdoor sales initiatives and promotional activities when required.
- Assist with the coordination and administrative management of field sales activities and events.
- Support scheduling, communication, and operational follow-up for outdoor campaigns and activations.
- Liaise with sales agents and team leads to ensure smooth execution of outdoor initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Carry out any other sales support and administrative duties as assigned by the Team Lead to support departmental and operational objectives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or telecommunications operations would be an asset
- Experience working with CRM, POS, systems and sales processing platforms is preferred
