JOB TITLE:
Corporate Sales Executive
Primary objective of the job:
- The main purpose of this role is to create mutually advantageous relationships with organizations to build and maintain accounts.
- To increase new corporate mobile and ICT service revenues through assigned channels and to build and develop relationships with relevant parties in accordance with business strategy. To achieve set targets and objectives drawing on the Digicel products and services portfolio.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- To meet and exceed sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
- Maintain 70% of Y-T-D service revenue target
- Sell Digicel suite of products. Translate customer requirements and the features of the service, into offering specific customer benefits and solutions.
- Identify and qualify increased business opportunities from existing customers, use expertise and knowledge to make innovative proposals.
- Manage sales funnel and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Utilise and maintain key performance indicators to track, accurately forecast and close sales.
- Identify and understand all key customer business requirements across all functions and use this to develop a successful sales strategy.
- Sales Reporting in Salesforce.
- Report daily contacts
- Report prospects (new business)
- Monitor Corporate Account (existing). Engage through all levels and functions to develop key account relationship.
- Accounts Status
- Liaise with Enterprise Account Executive
- Develop and increase sales with the Enterprise, Major and Government sector through lead generation, cold calling, setting up appointments and referrals.
- Attend Seminars/Functions in relations to Industry/Market assigned.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients through sponsored social events.
- Training clients on handset use, demonstrations and recommendations.
- To ensure a high quality of the connections.
- Manage and own corporate mobile subscriber base and P&L.
- Proper handover to Service Managers after 3 months post sale. Customer needs and expectations should be managed for Enterprise Account Executive during these 3 months.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to assist them in successfully securing new business revenue from their customer base.
Any other duties within the scope of the job periodically assigned by Head of Business & CEO.

Qualifications;
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset but not required. Equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles will also be considered.
