JOB TITLE:
Enterprise Sales Executive.
Primary objective of the job:
- The main purpose of this role is to create mutually advantageous relationships with enterprise organizations to build and maintain accounts.
- To increase new corporate mobile and ICT service revenues through assigned channels and to build and develop relationships with relevant parties in accordance with business strategy.
- To achieve targets and objectives drawing on the Digicel products and services portfolio.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing enterprise clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and aligning Digicel’s solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and transition, managing expectations and satisfaction during the first 90 days post-sale before handover to Service Managers.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging industry expertise to craft innovative, tailored proposals.
- Translate customer requirements into customized ICT and mobile solutions from Digicel’s product suite, emphasizing business impact and ROI.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain a minimum of 70% of Year-To-Date service revenue targets through strategic account management and upselling.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and timely deal closure.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor progress, identify gaps, and refine sales strategies.
- Provide timely and detailed sales reporting via Salesforce, including daily activity logs, lead status, and opportunity updates.
Market Development & Lead Generation
- Expand Digicel’s footprint in the Enterprise, and Government sectors through proactive lead generation, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Represent Digicel at industry seminars, conferences, and client-sponsored events to build brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on product/service usage and solution capabilities.
Collaboration & Deal Enablement
- Coordinate cross-functional resources—including support, service, and management teams—to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Partner closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of enterprise solutions.
- Draft compelling business cases and executive-level presentations for high-value opportunities, tailored to client objectives and decision-makers.
Operational Excellence
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close deals efficiently.
- Ensure a professional and seamless client onboarding experience, setting the foundation for long-term success.
- Execute a structured handover to Service Managers after the initial post-sale period, ensuring continuity and alignment with client expectations.
Any other duties within the scope of the job periodically assigned by Corporate Sales Manager & CEO.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is an asset but not required. Equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles will also be considered.
