JOB Overview:

 

The Regional GTM & Channel Execution Manager – South West Indies is responsible for leading go-to-market (GTM) execution, channel readiness, campaign deployment, frontline capability enablement, and commercial project delivery across all consumer sales channels in the SWI region.
The role ensures that all product launches, commercial campaigns, visibility programs, and sales initiatives are delivered with high execution quality, timeline discipline, and cross-functional alignment across Retail, Direct Sales, FOTs, Dealers, Telesales, and Open Market channels.
This position bridges commercial strategy and field execution, combining GTM leadership, channel governance, training enablement, audit discipline, and structured project management to improve conversion, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.

 

 MAIN DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS 

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution Leadership
•    Lead regional GTM execution for new products, offers, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives across all SWI markets.
•    Translate commercial and product strategy into clear execution frameworks for all channels.
•    Ensure every campaign and launch meets readiness standards across materials, training, systems, scripts, and visibility.
•    Coordinate cross-market GTM calendars and execution checkpoints.
•    Ensure launch consistency and execution quality across all channels and markets.


2. Channel Execution & Visibility Governance
•    Define and enforce channel execution standards across Retail, Direct Sales, FOTs, Dealers, Telesales, and Open Market.
•    Ensure accurate deployment of hero offers, trade collateral, POS materials, and campaign assets.
•    Maintain strong merchandising and visibility standards across stores, kiosks, events, and field locations.
•    Guide markets on correct collateral selection aligned to GTM and Trade Marketing playbooks.
•    Drive execution discipline and corrective action where compliance gaps are identified.


3. Campaign Readiness & Launch Coordination
•    Own campaign readiness tracking across markets including:

•   Staff briefings
•   Visibility assets
•   Sales tools
•   Coordinate readiness across Marketing, Sales, Retail Ops, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
•   Track dependencies such as POs, collateral delivery, system readiness, and training completion.
•    Ensure on-time, in-full launch readiness across all channels.


4. Commercial Project Management (Regional)
•    Lead and manage regional commercial projects related to GTM, channel programs, retail initiatives, and execution transformation.
•    Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for channel and GTM initiatives.
•    Coordinate cross-functional project teams across markets and Group stakeholders.
•    Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
•    Provide structured project status reporting to the Regional Head of Consumer and leadership teams.
•    Ensure post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned documentation for continuous improvement.

 

5. Field & Channel Audit Management
•    Design and manage a regional execution audit framework across all channels.
•    Conduct and coordinate audits on
•     Visibility compliance
•     Offer accuracy
•     POS usage
•     Campaign execution quality
•    Identify execution gaps and work with markets on corrective action plans.
•    Track audit scores and execution trends across markets.
•    Promote best practice replication across SWI.


6. Sales Enablement, Training & Capability Support
•    Lead regional channel enablement and sales readiness support aligned to GTM priorities.
•    Coordinate and deliver frontline briefings and refreshers for:
•    New products
•    Campaign offers
•    Scripts & CTAs
•    Objection handling
•    Support onboarding readiness for new hires across channels.
•    Maintain a regional repository of training and execution materials.
•    Align with Group Training and Commercial Operations on standards and best practices.


7. Lead Capture & Funnel Execution Quality
•    Monitor and improve lead capture quality across Retail, FOTs, D2D, and events.
•    Strengthen funnel discipline and field data quality.
•    Support markets in identifying high-traffic zones and priority clusters for deployment.
•    Ensure proper use of lead tools and capture processes.


8 Reporting, Governance & Continuous Improvement
•    Maintain regional dashboards covering:
•    Execution compliance
•    Readiness scores
•    Training coverage
•     Audit results
•    Launch performance
•    Produce weekly and monthly execution reports.
•    Identify recurring execution gaps and recommend process improvements.
•    Standardize GTM and channel execution playbooks across SWI.

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 


Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management, Training, or related field.
•    Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an asset.


Experience
•    4–6+ years in Channel Execution, GTM, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Execution roles.
•    Telecom experience strongly preferred.
•    Proven experience managing multi-market commercial initiatives.
•    Demonstrated project management experience in campaign rollouts or commercial programs.
•    Experience in training delivery or frontline enablement is an advantage.
