Primary objective of the job: 


We have a life-changing opportunity for you! We are looking for a new team member to work with our Head of Brand & Communications and Product & Growth team. As Marketing & Communication Sr. Executive, you will support defining our narrative and tell our story to the world! Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support the definition of the company and product narrative and story, building awareness in the region where the products are available
  • Ensure all marketing, communication and branding initiatives are implemented for all PRISM Holding brands and in all the markets PRISM Holdings are present
  • Ensure the brand book, guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice of our products is cohesive in all the markets that are presented
  • Support developing content such as flyers, brochures, SMS and app push notifications, emails, etc
  • Help in the design pieces such as flyers, brochures, and emails to support internal and external initiatives
  • Support in the management of agencies that support public relations, branding, translations, social media, influencers, and digital marketing executions
  • Propose and implement initiatives to support the growth team in communicating all initiatives (Promotions, discount codes, acquisition/retention campaigns, etc.) in all relevant markets 
  • Oversee all markets where our products are present to ensure all initiatives are being communicated in the correct timeframes and are meeting commercial teams’ expectations 
  • Plan and implement educational initiatives to evangelize customers in all relevant markets
  • Supervise the creative pipeline of assets from ideation to release and ensure a flawless implementation with fantastic quality and alignment with the brand guidelines
  • Work with Social Media, Digital, CRM, Websites, and Product teams to cover all branding needs 
  • Harmonize our communication across all channels, assets, and markets
  • Support the UX/UI team to ensure all assets are under branding guidelines
  • Supervise the Public Relations strategy implementation in all relevant markets and assist in crafting key messages and talking points for the product spokesperson. 
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within the company to ensure all brand and promotional assets reflect the company’s goals 
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to keep track of the team reaching its goals


Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:


  • You are a go-getter, you like to bring fresh ideas to the table and you move quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
  • At least two years of relevant experience working in Marketing or Public Relations
  • Experience in agency will be a plus and may put you in from of the line
  • Knowledge or experience in creating assets in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • English is required (proficient or native). Knowledge of French, Haitina Creole, and Spanish are a plus
  • Experience designing and executing Marketing strategies for consumers 
  • Experience managing advertising agencies 
  • Experience collaborating with multicultural and remote team members would be a plus. 
  • Experience in mobile telecommunications and/or financial sector would be considered a valuable asset
