Position Title:
Marketing Manager – South West Indies Region
JOB RESPONSIBILTY
The Marketing Manager – South West Indies is responsible for the end-to-end execution, coordination, and operational delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across all SWI markets.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
- Deliver on-time, in-full execution of all marketing campaigns
- Ensure operational readiness across all channels before launch
- Maintain high standards of in-market visibility and compliance
- Might be more commercial, tweak to read - support execution of promotions and offers through advertising and creative support.
MAIN DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
1. Campaign Execution & Deployment
- Ensure Campaign are execute all campaigns across SWI markets with strict adherence to timelines.
- ≥ 95% of campaigns launched on time
- ≥ 90–95% campaign readiness score
- ≤ 3% campaign execution errors
- Campaign deployment within 3–5 working days of approval.
- ≥ 95% collateral delivery before launch date
- Maintain and manage daily and weekly campaign trackers.
- Follow up with markets to ensure execution tasks are completed.
- Validate all campaign elements before launch:
- Pricing accuracy
- Offer configuration
- Creative deployment
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across multiple markets simultaneously.
2. Marketing Operations & Administration
- Maintain a regional campaign calendar and execution planner.
- Track status of all campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Manage internal documentation including:
- Campaign briefs
- Approval forms
- Execution checklists
- Ensure all campaigns are properly documented and archived.
3. Collateral Production & Deployment
- Coordinate creation, printing, and distribution of:
- POS materials
- Flyers
- Banners
- Digital creatives
- Track production timelines with vendors and agencies.
- Ensure delivery of materials to all markets and locations.
- Validate correct placement and usage in stores and channels.
4. In-Market Execution & Compliance Checks
- Conduct regular in-market and virtual checks to ensure:
- Campaign visibility
- Branding compliance
- Offer accuracy
- Maintain a compliance checklist and audit tracker.
- Follow up with markets on corrective actions.
- Escalate issues impacting campaign performance.
5. Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution Support
- Support rollout of new products and offers from an execution perspective.
- Ensure all GTM deliverables are completed:
- Training materials
- Store readiness
- Campaign visibility
- Coordinate with GTM & Channel Execution teams.
6. Cross-Market Coordination & Follow-Up
- Act as central coordination point between:
- Markets
- Product
- Sales
- GTM
- Follow up on execution deliverables across all markets.
- Ensure consistency in execution standards regionally.
7. Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Track execution status and performance of campaigns.
- Maintain weekly reports on:
- Campaign deployment status
- Market readiness
- Execution gaps
- Provide updates to Regional Head of Consumer.
- Highlight issues and recommend execution improvements.
8. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Follow up on timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure outputs meet agreed specifications.
9. Support to Sales & Retail Teams
- Coordinate with vendors for production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Follow up on timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure outputs meet agreed specifications.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
EXPERIENCE
- 4–6 years’ experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Campaign Execution
- Experience in telecom or FMCG preferred
- Experience in multi-market or multi-channel execution environments
- Experience managing campaigns and coordination across teams
