MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Promote and or sell Digicel's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, whilst supporting business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis
  • Translate customer requirements and the features of the service into offering specific customer benefits and solutions
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues or complaints.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced in sales
  • 5 CXC Subjects including Mathematics & English

 

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work as part of cross functional teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent selling techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the telecoms industry would be an asset
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
