Head of Mobile & Digicel +

Digicel seeks a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills for the position of Head of Mobile & Digicel+.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's mobile and Digicel+ business strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering YoY growth, expanding market share, innovation, and operational excellence by managing strategy, product development, customer experience across fibre and mobile services.

Primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

·       Develop and lead the strategic direction for mobile and Digicel+ services, products, and customer offerings

·       Provide in-market support, ensuring all teams align with the local and regional strategy, execution standards, and performance goals

·       Develop long-term mobile & fibre product roadmaps aligned with the company's goals

·       Own the mobile and fibre business’ P&L, ensuring financial targets (e.g., revenue, margin, cost) are met or exceeded

·       Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tracking of KPI’s and initiatives against budget

·       Work closely with all teams, GTM, Marketing and Customer Experience, to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach in executing strategies that align with market objectives

·       Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and performance by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent

·       Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction within the mobile and fibre segments

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Finance or related field

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role focused on fibre services

·       Proven track record of success in delivering budget and managing mobile & fibre business operations, product development, and customer experience in a large-scale organization
