Digicel seeks a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills for the position of Head of Mobile & Digicel+.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational execution of all Mobile and Digicel+ products across all sales channels, including, Retail stores, Telesales teams, and Prepaid vendor locations. This role ensures alignment between product performance, channel execution, and customer experience to deliver aggressive growth targets and market competitiveness.

Primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction for mobile and Digicel+ services, products, and customer offerings
  • Provide support, ensuring all teams align with the local and regional strategy, execution standards, and performance goals
  • Develop long-term mobile & fibre product roadmaps aligned with the company's goals
  • Own the mobile and fibre business’ P&L, ensuring financial targets (e.g., revenue, margin, cost) are met or exceeded
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tracking of KPI’s and initiatives against budget
  • Work closely with all teams to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach in executing strategies that align with market objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Digicel+ services, including sales to service journey, maintenance, and support
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and performance by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction within the mobile and fibre segments
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with regulatory, legal, and internal policy standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in telecom sales leadership roles, including direct responsibility for multiple sales channels
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and fibre products, market dynamics, and customer behavior
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial results across diverse sales environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
