Primary objective of the job:
Manage the different administrative processes within the relevant assigned team to ensure maximum efficiency while monitoring expenses to keep aligned with department budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the end to end process of generating Purchase Orders
 - Managing the end to end process of paying suppliers with maximum efficiency
 - Preparing accurate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) performance reports for Technical Department
 - Managing travel logistics as needed for employees and Vendors, which includes flight and hotel arrangements
 - Any other related administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
 
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Diploma in Business Management
 - At least 1 year's experience operating in a similar capacity
 - Completed training in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 - Strong knowledge of accounting & purchase order processes would be an asset
