Primary objective of the job:

Manage the different administrative processes within the relevant assigned team to ensure maximum efficiency while monitoring expenses to keep aligned with department budget.   

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the end to end process of generating Purchase Orders 
  • Managing the end to end process of paying suppliers with maximum efficiency
  • Preparing accurate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) performance reports for Technical Department
  • Managing travel logistics as needed for employees and Vendors, which includes flight and hotel arrangements
  • Any other related administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

 

 

  • Diploma in Business Management 
  • At least 1 year's experience operating in a similar capacity 
  • Completed training in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting & purchase order processes would be an asset
