Key Purpose of the Role:

  • Responsible for the analyzing the business requirements and breaking them into small deliverables
  • Manage diverse set of stake holders and lead cross functional teams responsible for end-to-end product deliveries


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Redesign our existing product offerings based upon his experience challenging the conventional beliefs and help us state of the art solutions with a focus on consumer health, wealth and happiness
  • Gain awareness of Financial Services offerings and services and understand the needs of a telco/digital/ Financial services user in order to deliver affective solutions
  • Supplement the product go-to-market plans ensuring a timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital products in the financial services domain
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand the overall strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Process, develop and implementation for each product
  • Engage with Customer segment team in designing customer journeys with a focus on technology capabilities
  • Engage 3rd parties along with Customer Segment team to evaluate available solutions in the market.
  • Conducting SIT’s and UAT cycles for internal / external stake holders


Principal Working Relationships:



External - All customers through provision of customer facing products & Systems

Internal - All business units, deliver products to achieve the business plan.


Internal – All business units

External - Software Development, Database/Warehousing QA outsourced partners.




  • Degree Level Education in Science, Engineering, IT, Computing, Mathematics or similar technical field.


Background Experience:


  • 2-3 years of industry experience in Financial Services domain.
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in managing and launching large scale IT projects.
  • Have extensive experience in writing and executing thorough test plans/cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Understand software development life-cycle and agile/iterative development methodologies
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding the log files for root cause analysis
  • Have strong communication skill in English, both spoken and written
  • Have knowledge in programming and scripting languages
  • Advocate of best practice with a passion for technology and documentation.
  • Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues to achieve target outcomes.
  • Proven troubleshooting & analytical skills.
