Charging & System Development Engineer

Location: Jamaica Market

Summary/Objectives:

• A member of the core team that is responsible for managing prepaid, charging and support systems under supervision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out operational routines and upgrades routinely to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and capacity management is carried to ensure smooth run of promotions and product rollouts. 
• Assist with coordination and communication with key external stakeholders to ensure necessary capacity planning for new system deployments.
• Perform upgrades and incident management with support.

Academic Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science
• Software Engineering and Master’s degree will be an additional asset.
• 2+ years working experience with Mediation and Activation/OSS/BSS or Application System maintenance, deployment or development.
• Good knowledge in Telecoms/IT.
