Consumer Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Consumer Administrator who will provide financial, procurement, administrative, and operational support to the Consumer Business.

 

About this Role

Under the leadership of the General Manager- Consumer Mobile and Digicel+. The incumbent will have a direct focus on enabling sales execution, protecting revenue opportunities, improving sales productivity, and driving cost efficiency.

 

Role Scope

 

Financial Administration and Cost Management

 

  • Co-manage weekly Spend Control Tower submissions to ensure accurate expenditure reporting, budget visibility, and effective cost control.
  • Monitor achievement against sales targets and identify performance gaps.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of goods and services that enable Consumer sales execution and directly support revenue generation
  • Review and negotiate vendor quotations, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize costs, maximize value, and ensure timely delivery of quality resources that support sales and revenue generation.
  • Monitor procurement and vendor activities to minimize delays that could disrupt sales execution or result in missed revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor departmental expenditures and maintain accurate records to support financial reporting and budget tracking.
  • Maintain and update departmental trackers, contracts, business documents, and administrative records.

 

Sales Operations Support

 

  • Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation, and related expense requests for General Manager & sales team members travelling to execute field sales activities. 
  • Support the planning and execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, meetings, and events. 
  • Coordinate departmental supplies and operational requirements to ensure uninterrupted sales activities. 
  • Facilitate the timely distribution of phones, SIM cards, promotional materials, and other sales-related resources.
  • Schedule departmental meetings and coordinate meeting logistics. 
  • Accurately record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.

 

Retail & Dealer Channel Support 

 

  • Coordinate the execution of commercial initiatives that drive subscriber growth, broadband uptake, handset sales, and digital product adoption. 
  • Escalate risks that could delay or negatively impact revenue delivery. 
  • Act as the operational liaison between Consumer leadership and dealer partners. 
  • Ensure dealers receive timely updates on promotions, initiatives, and execution requirements. 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. 
  • 2–4years experience in administration, sales support, operations, retail, telecommunications, or a related commercial environment. 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills. 
  • Good understanding of sales operations and commercial processes. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and trackers. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues and drive solutions.
