Primary objective of the job:
- Provide direct Financial Analysis and insight to support the Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) of the B2C division
- Business Partnering and Decision Support in developing and executing the Strategic Plan
- Closely coordinate the preparation and rollout of the Annual Budget (operating plan) and the resulting rolling forecast
- Improve Cash Flow generation. With keen focus on Business Case reviews for Capex projects and the utilization of working capital.
- Supporting the existing (17) Markets and the New Market rollout of the D+ services
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use financial analysis to drive Margin improvement, for both Gross and EBITDA margins. Monetizing the use of Content to improve bundled ARPU’s whilst negotiating lower content cost
- Content utilization analysis, cost projections and optimization strategy for all platforms. Also supporting the Legal, Tax and regulatory compliance Teams with Content contract renegotiations
- SAC; keen focus on improving visibility into the related revenues and cost. Develop SAC P&L’s within the relevant segments
- Along with the CAB, support the Improvement and utilization of Cash Flow deployment to all B2C Capex projects, ensuring rates of return meet or exceed the cost of capital (hurdle rate).
- Support in-depth analyses for strategic B2C business decisions. Thereby analyzing applicable financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for such decisions
- Work closely with other members of the B2C senior team in preparing the consolidated annual budgets and rolling forecasts for Digicel+, which also involves guiding each Markets budget
- Manage the maintenance of highly accurate and confidential data for use in Investor Relations reporting
- Manage the Team of supporting FP&A’s to deliver on the expected goals and output as agreed with the CCO of B2C
- Ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team and CEO’s in the Markets offering D+ services
- Recommending, then supporting the implementation of general process improvements within the FP&A area
- Other areas of responsibilities include Financial and Operational KPI’s. Manage the compilation of Forecast Trends, Quarterly, Monthly and Adhoc Reports & presentations
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Currently pursuing ACCA / CPA or MBA qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as an experienced FP&A in medium sized or large organization
- One year post-qualification work experience
