Primary objective of the job: 

The successful candidate will lead and optimize paid media strategies across digital channels to meet business goals and performance KPIs for our services. He/she will lead our group digital strategy & planning, whilst ensuring campaigns are aligned to the overarching business strategy.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of high-performing, data-driven paid digital marketing strategies across all markets to drive online channel performance and achieve core business goals and campaign objectives
  • Drive paid media performance campaigns with the media activation teams to ensure campaign goals and KPIs are being met
  • Oversight of paid media campaign UX, working in conjunction with markets to define user journey and campaign tracking & reporting against KPI
  • Work with creative teams to produce campaign assets that will drive customers’ action
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with media & technology partners to identify opportunities for improved campaign performance
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs to demonstrate success
  • Define media budgets & KPIs in accordance with overarching business goals 

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

Functional Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop digital strategy and drive implementation to deliver measurable results
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in executing paid digital advertising will be an asset (bonus asset)
