Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Director of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our compensation and benefits programs. Reporting to the Group CPO, you'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure our total rewards strategy aligns with business objectives and meets all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic compensation plan, partnering with external advisors
- Create a comprehensive compensation and benefits plan that aligns with business goals and long-term strategy
- Optimize talent acquisition and retention through effective employee compensation guidance
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Foster a collaborative environment, leading various functions and HR teams
- Develop and manage a total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of industry intricacies and challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic vision, compensation design expertise, benefits design expertise, budget and resource management, vendor and contract management, leadership and team development, problem-solving and decision-making, regulatory compliance and security, cross-functional collaboration, and crisis management skills
