The financial services business is a group of businesses including automated clearing houses, loyalty rewards programs, online and retail bill payment, international remittance, statement processing, and mobile wallets.  The strategy is to rapidly grow its customer facing digital financial services offering across the Caribbean and beyond.


Primary objective of the job:

To be the SME across the FS Group on loyalty.  This includes product development, P&L management, new territory launches, merchant acquisition and BAU performance.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage our existing loyalty programmes          
  • Integrate our loyalty solutions across the group
  • Expand into new territories
  • P&L Management in a matrix organization
  • Commercial planning relating to budgets, forecasting and longer term objectives
  • Work effectively with Team across the FS Group and Digicel relevant stakeholders
  • Work effectively with our multiple partners and key third parties
  • Ensure customer journey across products or services are effective including oversight of technology development
  • Generating strategy and development plan for merchant acquisition
  • Design the partnership models for merchants and vendors
  • Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship


Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferable)
  • Talented senior loyalty professional with significant responsibility in developing, launching, and managing loyalty programmes
  • Experience in B2B selling experience
  • Able to develop strong relationship with the merchant partners
  • Comfort with online and mobile product development and marketing
  • Experience managing people both directly and indirectly
  • Strong commercial focus (intrinsically understands the impact on P&L)
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic and fast paced environment
