Primary objective of the job:
At Group level, the role acts as the business governance lead for the Consumer CVM ecosystem, operating under senior sponsorship to drive end to end stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, and value realization across business, IT, and external vendors. This includes coordinating the governance of CVM platform roadmaps, upgrades, migrations, and new platform selection programs, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, risks, and decision points.
The role sits within the Consumer B2C organization and represents the business governance perspective for CVM platforms. It is explicitly strategic and governance focused, with no responsibility for technical delivery, system configuration, day to day CVM operations, or campaign execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Prepaid business segment in making intelligent, well-informed decisions
- Develop executive ready performance views and decision materials for the Transaction Prepaid Director, CCO, and Senior Leadership Team
- Orchestrate ad hoc analytical inputs from Finance, BI, and Prepaid Commercial teams to ensure consistency, relevance, and clarity
- Assess the effectiveness of prepaid strategies and initiatives, highlighting risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Support prepaid strategic initiatives and business cases with fact-based insights and clear executive recommendations
Provide strategic oversight and governance of Consumer CVM process (including platforms) across all segments, to deliver financial value for the company
- Design and implement a unified CVM framework across all markets, aligned with the customer lifecycle to maximize financial value and CLTV.
- Act as the business governance lead for CVM platforms, supporting value realization under senior sponsorship
- Support the definition and governance of the CVM platform roadmap in alignment with Consumer and Commercial priorities
- Lead cross functional coordination across IT, Marketing, BI, and external vendors to ensure alignment and shared understanding
- Coordinate governance of major platform initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and new platform selection programs
- Monitor platform progress, adoption, and value realization, escalating risks, delays, and misalignment as required
- Ensure clear accountability, decision forums, and effective governance across all CVM stakeholders
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 6+ years of experience in telecommunications, financial services, or consumer driven industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree in management, Business Administration, or Finance preferred
- Proven experience in Prepaid commercial performance management, including revenue, base, ARPU, churn, and profitability
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI driven performance management at senior management level
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive level performance reviews and decision support materials
- Exposure to cross functional coordination with Finance, BI, Commercial, and IT teams
Functional Skills:
- Strong ability to translate commercial performance and complex inputs into clear, executive-level insights and decision-ready narratives
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and facilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and strategic storytelling rather than data visualization alone
- Strong business and financial acumen to assess performance, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities
- Proven ability to coordinate and synthesize inputs from Finance, BI, Commercial, and IT teams into a single, coherent view
- High attention to detail and strong quality discipline in executive materials and governance documentation
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, applied to support strategic decision making rather than day-to-day analysis
- Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority, particularly in cross-functional and vendor-facing environments
