Primary objective of the job: 



Lead the reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and data governance function for CVM across all Digicel markets, ensuring high‑quality data extraction, transformation, visualization, and KPI management. The role is accountable for building and maintaining standardized reporting frameworks, automated dashboard environments, and strong data governance practices that enable accurate, consistent, and actionable commercial insights. It serves as a strategic bridge between Business, BI, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Data Warehouse teams to drive reliable decision‑making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across CVM and commercial operations. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

BI Reporting & Dashboard Management

 

  • Own the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and CVM reporting
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of recurring reports
  • Standardize KPI views and drive reporting automation and simplification

 

Data Extraction & Analytics

 

  • Oversee data extraction, transformation, and validation from DWH and source systems
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, churn, ARPU, and commercial performance

 

Data Governance & Standardization

 

  • Lead KPI governance, data definitions, and reporting standards across CVM
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across markets and stakeholders
  • Implement controls and documentation for reporting processes and data flows

 

Stakeholder Management & Business Support

  • Act as the main BI partner for CVM, Commercial, and Finance teams
  • Align stakeholders on reporting priorities, timelines, and outputs
  • Deliver clear, business-focused insights to support decision making

 

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

 

  • Drive automation, simplification, and reporting best practices
  • Support and guide analysts where applicable
  • Promote a culture of accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
  •  Master’s degree or relevant BI/Data certifications considered an advantage
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, CVM, commercial performance management, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading dashboarding, reporting, or data governance initiatives
  • Strong experience working with Power BI, SQL, and large-scale reporting environments
  • Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional reporting and analytical projects
  • Telecommunications, fintech, or B2C industry experience preferred
  • Experience with data warehouse environments and reporting automation initiatives considered an advantage
