Primary objective of the job: 

 

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to improve and developing strategies to optimize internal Revenue drivers and reporting. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data across several areas of the business to identify trends, generate forecasts, identify risks, improve operational efficiency, and help inform decisions to improve revenue performance across Digicel Business markets. 
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various teams to drive successful outcomes; the successful candidate will work closely with various teams to gather data, perform deep dive analysis, and create reports that guide decision-making and track performance against key business objectives. 

This opportunity is also open to candidates who are residents of Trinidad and Tobago.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

•    Analyze data related to revenue performance to identify areas of improvement and inform sales,                
       marketing, service delivery, customer success, and other Digicel Business teams
•    Develop and maintain revenue forecasts for the business using various data sources, such as historical                       
      sales and revenue data, call data logs, and market trends to predict revenue performance and assist with

     budget and other planning activities
•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and other performance metrics across the 
      revenue cycle
•    Collaborate with sales, marketing, service delivery, customer success, and cross-functional teams to 
      identify and implement process improvements that will drive operational efficiency and revenue growth
•    Assist with the design and implementation of revenue processes and systems, including lead scoring,   
       forecasting
•    Work with Digicel Business group and market teams to streamline and generate automated business 
       processes to improve data quality and forecasting and reporting accuracy
•    Support in the development of a deep understanding of drivers by cohort and provide insight on which 
      product/features are most effective in increasing customer retention and engagement based on actual  
      revenue
•    Identify areas of risk in the business that could impact revenue performance, such as customer churn or  
      changes in market conditions
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sale and product 
      managers, and communicating insights and recommendations to them in a clear and concise manner
•    Act as a subject matter expert on revenue operations, staying up to date with industry trends and best 
      practices

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science,  
      Business Management, Finance or a related field required.
•    A Master's degree will be an asset
•    Minimum 3 years' of experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or  
      related position required
•    Certifications in data analytic or business intelligence will be an asset

 

Functional Skills:

 

•    Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power Platform/Power BI 
•    Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Python/R, Tableau
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and analytics to improve    
      performance
•    Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, CRM (preferably Salesforce), ERP
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
•    Knowledge of sales and billing processes and experience with process improvement.
•    Ability to conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify     
     opportunities for growth
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
•    Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects  
      simultaneously
