Primary objective of the job:
This position is responsible for the end-to-end management and performance of the telesales and digital sales channels across multiple Digicel markets. The Channel Manager leads growth and channel role strategy by market, drives field execution, and ensures continuous productivity improvement aligned with Group commercial objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the Group-wide commercial strategy for telesales and digital sales channel.
- Ensure alignment with gross adds, revenue, and productivity targets for Mobile and D+.
- Translate strategic goals into market-specific implementation plans.
- Guide local market teams in deploying Go-To-Market strategies, commercial tracking routines, and frameworks.
- Drive execution of sales tactics, promotions, and training.
- Monitor daily and weekly channel performance KPIs and identify course correction needs.
- Optimize market coverage, rep allocation, and productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure commissions and incentives are designed to drive cost-efficient sales growth.
- Be the channel expert and strategic advisor to local sales teams and cluster leads.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales/digital sales channels, with a proven track record in transforming and implementing telesales sales and digital channels and optimizing the end-to-end sales process.
- Robust analytical skills to assess market performance metrics and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key market stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive alignment across diverse teams.
