Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible to grow Paymaster’s Over the counter Mobile account brand : MyCash , complete ownership or product , experience , customer care & P&L

  • Do a competitor analysis and present a plan to improve market share in the Mobile account business

  • Work with the agent network team to ensure availability of cash or digital money

  • Analyze current incentive structure for the staff and propose promotions or incentives to grow the market share and revenue

  • Work with the UI / UX and engineering team to deliver the best in class experience for the customers

  • Complete ownership of the mobile based payments  business case. Design strategies to achieve business numbers

  • Work with the acquisition team to ensure quality acquisition , segment and activity in account to generate volume and revenue

  • Develop long term and short term plans to identify investments in the business to increase revenue and brand positioning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop plans for advertisement on Digital , Offline mediums , TV etc.

  • Work with the technology team to identify process / product improvement opportunities and

  • Review all product processes and eliminate manual operations to move towards technology based solutions

  • Identify new use cases in the market to ensure MyCash is the top brand for all financial needs

  • Work with the finance or operations team to improve the reconciliation & settlement processes for clients

  • Develop financial models for the business to see growth opportunities

 

 

Qualifications & Experience :

 

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in product management  

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business or Computer Sciences

  • Previous experience in Telecom or technology with P&L responsibility

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Experience in card issuance will be a plus

  • Knowledge of banking / Mobile money
