Job Title
Primary objectives of the job:
• Manage international wholesale data sales to international carriers and partners.
• Achieve Revenue and margin targets for wholesale data P&L
• Maximize Digicel group market share in Caribbean region.
• Increase and renew number of carrier customers for Digicel group
• Follow up new sales leads from new and existing international carriers
• Manage wholesale data international sales team
• Provide Support to all Markets for wholesale data expertise
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with International carriers for international wholesale data
• Manage all contracts for wholesale data selling and buying
• Support all planning for required capacity
• Contract Management for all Vendors that support the International wholesale data
• Preparation and Management of the Annual wholesale data Budget and P&L results
• Manage SLAs/Credits/Payment issues for all Contracted Vendors
• Develop/Amend/ Renegotiate Contracts based on Digicel’s requirements
• Recommend suitable alternatives for Digicel based on knowledge of the Market/Support
• Business Case development for wholesale data sales cycles
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 7 years in a Telecommunication Environment with proven track record of delivering results
• Budgeting and Forecasting in a Telecommunications environment
• Knowledge of wholesale Data Services for 5 years
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products – particularly MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint a requirement

• Strong negotiation skills; and
• Strong commercial acumen; and
• Strong numeracy; and
• Great relationship management skills; and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
