Job Summary:
The Budget Analyst is to support the IT Management Team by creating and managing the annual IT Opex and Capex budget exceeding US$60M end to end. This includes submitting and gaining spend approvals, PO requisitions, invoice receipting, managing monthly reviews with other functions, providing timely report analysis and ensuring suppliers are paid. The successful candidate will be required to have significant interaction with key IT, finance, business stakeholders along with IT suppliers.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and tracking all IT costs across the business.
  • Collaborating with
  • Manage the IT organization spend including travel.
  • Obtain spend approval for all budget lines.
  • Create the Purchase Order requisition for all approved spend.
  • Drive the PO requisition approval process to ensure prompt approval.
  • Issue Purchase Orders to IT suppliers.
  • Ensure invoices are received from suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Receipt invoices against Purchase Orders.
  • Track payments against suppliers and where cashflow is limited, prioritise payments accordingly.
  • Undertake detailed tracking of all of the above for monthly and adhoc reporting to IT management.



  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant business experience
  • Accounting skills would be beneficial
  • Experiencing managing Budget
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in dada analyst and statistical forecasting
  • Very strong experience with MS Excel skills including pivot table, vlookups, multi-sheet references
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong MS Word and Powerpoint experience
