Primary Objective of the Job

 

Logistics & Procurement Executive is responsible for timely delivery of procurement and logistic activities coordinating with logistics operations across the Group. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide procurement support to RFx, including vetting of proposals and participation in related meetings; reviewing of proposals vs budgets
  • Manage commercial hub associates, ensuring all import and export requests are processed within a timely manner. Evaluate and report on commercial hub KPIs
  • Prepare documentation for export shipments
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Develop pricing analysis and inventory reports
  • Negotiate supply contracts, including prices, delivery timelines, and shipping methods
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Processing requisitions and receipting of invoices
  • Other projects and task assigned by manager

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience required for Job:

 

  • Higher education 
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain management
  • Experience of work in multi-market organization(s)

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Expertise in Supply Chain management
  • Knowledge of various logistics and warehousing models
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Communication skills and ability to build relationships 
  • Ability to work in team 
  • Accuracy and ability to concentrate
