Job Title: Marketing Executive

 

 

Primary objective of the job:

·       Execute360 digital marketing plans that support the Mobile, Home and Business segments to increase the value, revenue and performance of a specific service or product

·       Plan, organize and implement digital, and traditional campaigns, owned promotional and sponsored events

·       Write copy for all marketing collateral, including flyers/brochures, letters, emails and websites

·       Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur

·       Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns

·       Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitive ventures

·       Be the guardian of the brand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines on all platforms- digital, traditional, owned and at all sponsored event

 

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Evaluate commercial briefs, and liaise with commercial or product managers, advertising agencies/vendors to execute campaign deliverables.

·       Develop and execute top quality social, traditional and on the ground ideas/concepts, that are in keeping with brand guidelines and content strategy

·       Measure and monitor key metrics to demonstrate effectiveness and to inform online strategy and planning

·       Manage the budget of each campaign

·       Compile daily, weekly or monthly reports requested by Manager or Director

·       Coordinate activities of internal graphic artists by assigning tasks and timelines.

·       Review all communication platforms biweekly at minimum to ensure accuracy and consistency of messages, i.e. digital boards, retail stores, website, MDA,TVC, radio, social, digital, etc.

·       Administrative support which involves generating POs, planning and following through with all requests.

·       Coordinate radio production, social content development, photo shoots and TV production ensuring proper representation of the brand.

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

·       First Degree in Marketing or a related field

·       Two or three years marketing experience

·       Excellent writing and communication skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Suite

·       Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills
