Primary objective of the job: 
The ideal candidate will specialize in marketing execution and reporting, and possess both a creative and analytical mindset to build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across our various channels.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating the website and app content depending on the seasonality or promotions
  • Responsible for the design and marketing analytics strategy to make more intelligent and informed investment decisions and improve the overall marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with front-line marketers and senior leaders to develop strategies to improve reach
  • Reporting on high and granular levels to team members
  • Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones
  • Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation
  • Preparing detailed reports on consumer behaviour, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales
  • Define the essential KPIs to track, measure and optimize on an ongoing basis
  • Developing and executing PPC campaigns – keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, bidding, budget management & competitor analysis
  • Developing and implementing a tracking system to gauge the performance of key marketing initiatives and present them on dashboards
  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company employees know specific marketing actions and results
  • Working closely with the Business Analytics team to gather all transactional data and cross it with the marketing promotional data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare weekly marketing reports for review with the team and leadership, and delegate action items following meetings
  • Assist in compiling marketing plans by collaborating team members
  • Creating & deploying ad-hoc online surveys and tracking and reporting overall Net Promoter Scores across each online business
  • Creating content for all our Digital channels, including web, app, and HTML-coded email templates
  • Conducting regular Quality Assurance reviews to test functionality and user experience

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in marketing in the areas of PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics and Reporting
  • Additional online marketing courses (META & Google) and analytics-related short courses are beneficial

  • Comfortable working with online platforms and a strong knowledge of PowerPoint & Word

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, editorial & writing skills, and effective stakeholder management with strong organizational & time management capabilities

  • Passion for analyzing, reporting, and improving the ROI of marketing activities
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and attention to detail
