Internship Highlights

Digicel’s Graduate Recruitment Programme (GRP) is a unique and exciting programme that provides graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their area of study, work on challenging projects and interact with some of the brightest minds in the Caribbean. Top graduates from our local and regional universities are recruited to apply academic experience to “live” projects in key functional areas of Digicel’s operations while given on the job training. The placement contributes to the personal and professional development of participants. Interns are paired with a mentor to support their career development and also could fill vacant positions that may arise in the company.
