Job Title : Postpaid Manager

Primary objective of the job: 

End-to-End management of Postpaid Consumer category to deliver revenue and improve Customer Experience across the market to influence category strategy and ownership of go to market readiness, execution and KPI delivery.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Underpin budget delivery of Postpaid Consumer revenue through end-to-end category management.
  • Commercial ownership of Postpaid Consumer product category, the go-to-expert for all internal and external insight and raising performance across all KPIs.
  • Key influence role in defining the Postpaid Consumer Proposition, knowledge of global best practice, technology levers, extracting market needs to inform Group strategy accordingly
  • Lead for marketing direction of proposition communication and promotional messaging
  • Critical matrix role across Commercial functions and Marketing, Sales. Operations and Care Teams to grow category base volume and value
  • Collaborate with Sales team to drive deep Postpaid knowledge and competitive awareness through all layers of the organization to maximize customer acquisition, plan mix and early life usage.
  • Collaborate with Base Value Management team to ensure continuous innovation for optimal customer loyalty. retention and revenue growth
  • Direct scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to know what is working and what is not across all Postpaid initiatives and campaigns to inform changes and improve future activity.
  • Catch potential issues and competitive threats before they manifest through analysis of trends and KPI ownership – leading corrective action plan and execution.

 

Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Economics, IT, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Digital knowledge that spans across a range of digital channels and products including digital advertising, social media and apps development
  • Deeper knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics
  • Experience in agile development methodologies
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the digital music industry is a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in a digital role for a leading brand with proven experience of successful products launches
