Primary objective of the job: 



The Paid Media Executive will support the media operations team in the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and DV360. The role involves campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, reporting, and analysis. The Paid Media Executive will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, creative, and technical teams across Trend Media’s regional markets.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • The Paid Media Executive will support the media operations team in the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and DV360. The role involves campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, reporting, and analysis. The Paid Media Executive will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, creative, and technical teams across Trend Media’s regional markets
  • Perform daily and weekly monitoring of all live campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and programmatic platforms
  • Conduct QA checks on campaign setup, ad copy, targeting, bidding, and tracking before campaigns go live and throughout their duration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, content, creative, and technical teams towards the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions
  • Resolve campaign issues and client concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Senior Group Digital Campaign Manager and sales team
  • Carry out post-campaign analysis to report KPIs, identify trends, and distribute learning for future campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with performance analysis, data interpretation, and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign performance, changes, and troubleshooting for knowledge sharing and auditing purposes
  • Provide real-time campaign crisis resolution and support for the sales team and their respective accounts. Complete assigned projects and ad-hoc requests as directed

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Currently studying for or have acquired a qualification in Computer Science, Analytics, Advertising/Marketing (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Certificatiin Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms are preferredons 
  • Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a cross functional company environment

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DV360
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and real-time bidding concepts
  • Strong data analysis, data interpretation, and report writing skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, spreadsheet tools, and working knowledge of the Microsoft Product Suite
  • Experience with data visualization and database tools for reporting and insights generation
  • High attention to detail with superior organizational skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a thorough understanding of online advertising
  • Understanding of the telecom and digital marketing environment
