Title- Prepaid Executive

Reports to- Prepaid Manager

Direct Reports- None

 

Primary Objective of the job:

  • The main object of the Prepaid Executive is to work with the Prepaid Manager with building Commercial projects including Pricing design, Competitive Analysis, Margin Assessment, Market Insights, Performance Analysis and Business Case development.

Primary Objectives:

  • Monitor market Trends & industry Developments and recommend Price & Product enhancements
  • Work with the Prepaid Manager in designing Products according to Segment needs, create detailed Product Specifications, develop and execute Project Plans
  • Support the creation of effective Pricing Strategies to ensure margin sustainability.
  • Support the Prepaid Manager with progress and status reports that should be submitted to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Document inputs into requirements for market research, feasibility studies, and competitive intelligence to inform product development
  • Responsible for the timely creation of competitive Analysis
  • Contribute to the delivery of the P&L revenues for the Products portfolio. 
  • Responsible for creating innovative ideas for driving mobile data usage
  • Responsible for creating Business Cases for the Prepaid team

Academic Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial Science
  • Minimum of two (2) years Commercial Experience in an Analyst type role, in Telecom, FMCG, Banking Industry, etc

Functional Skills:

  • Highly analytical and results-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, Product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations.
  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must maintain proper documentation and pay attention to the details
  • Customer-focused
  • Handles challenges well and is able to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Possess strong creativity, energy, and intelligence
