Primary Objective of the job:

  • Management of Prepaid Segment: building Commercial projects, including Pricing design, Competitive Analysis, Margin Assessment, Performance Analysis and Business Case development
  • Responsible for analyzing Prepaid Segment Value Propositions and implementing plans to develop Revenues


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market Trends & industry Developments and recommend Price & Product enhancements
  • Design Product according to Segment needs, create detailed Product Specifications, develop and execute Project Plans
  • Support the creation of effective Pricing Strategies to ensure margin sustainability
  • Provide the analysis framework and execute the end-to-end product development process including : Drafting concept documents, requirements gathering and documentation, full service description documentation (SDD), project planning and implementation, product testing, reporting, training, FAQ, T&C, launch and initial post launch review and lessons learnt.
  • Provide progress and status reports to the Head of Prepaid Segment
  • Document inputs into requirements for market research, feasibility studies, and competitive intelligence to inform product development
  • Contribute to the delivery of the P&L revenues for the Products portfolio


Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or Project Management (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Master degree or MBA is an asset
  • 3 to 5 years Commercial Experience in a Analyst type role, in Telecom, FMCG or Banking Industry
