Job Profile: Sales Support Executive


Primary Objective:

  • Ensure that all sales targets are met through sales activities, from lead generation to close of sale.  Ensure that there is customer satisfaction and revenue generation in line with company vision and values.
  • Agent is required to collect all required documents and data from customers to process requests. Once processed agents is to follow up with customers to ensure installation is completed, and follow up to ensure service is working properly. If issues are experienced, agents are to escalate to the relevant teams for resolution.
  • Escalate issues being experienced with systems or Support Teams.



Main Duties and Responsible:


  • Engage with new and prospective customers to promote Digicel+ Home Services and drive uptake. This includes participating in promotional activities.
  • Daily interaction with competitor’s customers to persuade switch to Digicel’s network.
  • Complete Reports daily, this data will assist with feedback on customer interactions and all sales completed. This should be completed by the time stipulated.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure installation was completed and service is working properly. Assist with escalations where customers are experiencing challenges.
  • Participate in team group created. This avenue is used for providing updates and general issue reporting.


 Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of five CXC subjects inclusive of a numeric subject
  • Information Technology certification is an asset
  • School Leavers Certificate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Poin
