Job Profile: SIM-to-Go Executive - Contractor
Primary objective of the job:
- Digicel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SIM-to-Go Executive to support the operational execution, financial control, and compliance management of the SIM-to-Go distribution program.
- This role is responsible for SIM distribution, inventory control, distributor onboarding, sales reconciliation, and lodgment management, ensuring full accountability of SIM assets from issuance through activation and revenue lodgment.
- The position plays a critical role in preventing SIM stockouts, minimizing variances, and safeguarding company revenue through strong controls and accurate reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
SIM Distribution & Inventory Management
- Distribute SIM cards to the sales team and distributors in line with approved allocations.
- Prepare, manage, and issue SIM reorders to ensure uninterrupted availability and prevent stockouts.
- Request SIM stock from the Distribution and Logistics team and monitor fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate, real-time SIM inventory records, including issued, returned, and remaining stock.
- Document all SIM distribution, allocations, and movements.
- Track SIM returns and reconcile returned stock against issued quantities.
System Administration & Activation Tracking
- Create and manage SIM-to-Go distributors on the SIM-to-Go platform.
- Allocate SIM ranges in the system strictly according to physical SIMs issued.
- Track SIM activations and customer registrations to validate sales performance and usage.
- Maintain an up-to-date distributor listing and SIM sales register.
Contract Management & Distributor Onboarding
- Submit all SIM-to-Go merchant and distributor contracts via DocuSign to the CEO for approval.
- Issue welcome emails to approved distributors with fully executed contracts.
- Maintain secure digital records of signed agreements and onboarding documentation.
Financial Reconciliation & Lodgment Control
- Collect lodgments for SIM-to-Go sales from distributors and sales team.
- Update and maintain weekly reconciliation documents for SIMs issued versus SIMs sold.
- Audit SIM issuance against sales and activations to identify and resolve variances.
- Investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding balances or missing lodgments.
- Deposit all collected lodgments into the company bank account in accordance with finance procedures.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submission to the Head of Operations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly reports on: SIM inventory levels
- Sales and activation performance
- Lodgments received and outstanding
- Variances and compliance issues
- Support audits and compliance checks related to SIM distribution, contracts, and revenue.
- Escalate risks related to SIM loss, revenue leakage, or distributor non-compliance.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 CSEC subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, and Accounts
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
- Proven integrity and ability to manage cash and inventory responsibly
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
