Job Title: Sales Operation Manager (Western)
Primary objective of the job:
- The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team by optimizing sales processes, systems, and strategies.
- This role ensures the efficient operation of the Digicel+ Montego Bay Sales Operation by analyzing data, managing performance metrics, forecasting, and driving process improvements.
- The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with other departments, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to sales leadership to support decision-making.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data and feedback.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline and implement efficient sales processes to maximize productivity and ensure sales teams operate smoothly.
- Maintain and improve CRM systems, ensuring all sales data is accurately captured and easily accessible.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts and set targets.
- Track progress toward sales goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure the sales department has the necessary support and resources.
- Communicate sales strategies and feedback across the organization to improve product offerings and sales approaches.
Support for Sales Team:
- Provide administrative support to the Montego Bay sales team such as equipment auditing.
- Act as the go-to person for sales-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
Functional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
