Job Profile: Sales Operations Executive

Primary objective of the job: 

  • To support the streamlining and management of NPS, system uptime, customer service levels and overall store performance for Sales & Distribution and consumer channels to achieve operational efficiency in stores.
     

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

General

  • Provide excellent in-store experience through the implementation and execution of business processes
  • Maintain accurate and current records
  • Ensure dealer stores comply with Digicel’s usage of its systems and tools
  • Resolve store issues affecting performance and where necessary escalate issues to the relevant teams
  • Responsible for efficient internal operations of the department by ensuring effective processes and procedures are maintained to support the achievement of the department’s objectives
  • Monitoring department’s KPIs and recommending measures for improvement with focus on customer centricity
  • Visit stores to audit existing processes and use of systems, and implement corrective measures where necessary

 

Planning and Implementation of Operational Strategy (Consumer Sales Channel)

  • Review and improve existing policies and procedures in an effort to recommend/implement new ones for department and dealer store operations improvement
  • Coordinate the roll out and implementation of new products, processes, systems and tools to retail stores
  • Organize projects as required for improving efficiency and bring to completion

 

Proper functionality of the Point of Sales System (Sales Channels)

  • Manage POS
  • Test new products, service and price changes for deployment
  • Accurately document requirements for development
  • Act as liaison between dealers and POS vendor for resolution within KPIs

 

Reporting

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and management reporting as may be required

 

Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • BSc. or Diploma in Management Studies, Business Studies or in a related field
  • Experience in process flow and operations management required
  • Certification in Project Management would be an asset
