Primary objective of the job: 

This role is to support the activation team with technical requirements within the digital media ecosystem.  This role will work with both media and technology platforms to improve the integrations between them, so to ultimately facilitate improved media effectiveness.  This is a technical role within the digital media team.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Dashboards: the creation, maintenance and advancement of the media reporting dashboards 
  • Dashboard: develop proficient knowledge in the data & platforms that are required for dashboarding and visualisation
  • Dashboards: the creation, maintenance and advancement of the media reporting dashboards 
  • Media signals: support activation team on identifying new opportunities 
  • Media signals: work with activation team & relevant platform support teams to execute proposed improvements
  • Media signals: documentation of current tracking set up
  • Audiences: work with activation team & relevant platform support teams to execute proposed improvements
  • Project manage the tasks that are delegated and own regular communications with relevant stakeholders
  • Proactive learning and problem solving will be a key function of this role


Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:


  • Experience in paid media platforms, setting up and measuring campaigns
  • Experience in an Ad Ops role of a media buying team or media vendor
  • Beneficial if there is existing experience in using our relevant platforms (Looker Studio, Funnel.IO, Adjust.IO, Google Ads, Facebook Events Manager, Power BI, Tableau, Zoho )
  • Experience of any coding languages (for example JavaScript)
  • Have qualifications in STEM courses (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
  • Experience in using MS Office Suite, particularly using Microsoft Excel to a highly proficient level
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships externally and with team members across the organization 
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenges under tight timelines
  • Project Management training and certification is a plus

  • Demonstrate Problem solving skills, as those skill sets are central to this role
  • Self-development: as part of this role, a proficient knowledge of various platforms will be required. Therefore, it is imperative to keep developing knowledge
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced and a multiple work streamed environment
