Job Title: Telesales Agent - Mobile
Primary objective of the job:
- To maximize sales, revenue, and customer growth opportunities via outbound calls, through the signing up of new customers and upselling to existing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Experience:
- Possess solid experience in sales, preferably with calling leads.
- Drive sales performance in a goal orientated environment and be motivated to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Assist by proactively contacting potential and existing customers to promote our suite of Postpaid products.
- Upsell existing prepaid customers with additional services that will enhance their experience on the Digicel network.
- Customer Management:
- Building a rapport with customers professionally according to company standards and fostering long-term relationships.
- Anticipating future need for assistance and providing for customers’ unspoken need.
- Escalate problems according to the query resolution procedure dictated by the Customer Care Centre
- Modify/adjust postpaid plan selection as per customers’ request.
- Detailing each customer’s request/application for service ensuring that application process is seamless and in keeping with the Service Level Agreement.
- Schedule and follow up customer’s order
- Assist customers with the completion of the Postpaid Activation process
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- 5 CXC or GCE O’ Levels (Grade I, II, III) or CAPE (Grade I, II, III, IV, V) including English Language and Mathematics.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
