Primary objective of the job:
The Marketing Communications Junior Manager is responsible for protecting the company’s brand equity and supports efforts that ensure the company’s positive image is relayed in all marketing communications, throughout various channels (Retail, digital, ATL, BTL, Web Content, Trustpilot, customer care, etc).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Head of Marketing on the development and implementation of communication plans/strategy to ensure the commercial and brand goals of the various products are achieved
• Diaspora Event Planning and Coordination, In-Store Activation
• Implement and maintain digital content strategies across all online platforms
• Work together with the Distribution team in build the necessary POS Material for all our Retail Stores
• Responsible for the content and communication in all our channels; including but not limited to the App, Web, Social Media channels and Distributors communication among other. Using our different CMS, update website content per Channel Marketing request or overall marketing plans. Responsible of Optimonk, Prismic, Trustpilot
• Prepare and manage marketing plans for various commercial offerings & markets
• Create a monthly/quarterly initiative roadmap for Social Media Communication
• Collaborate with Designer, Digicel Group in developing a cohesive image and communication strategy amongst the international and domestic brand. Communication Process Owner (Brief, Traffic, Prioritization, 1st Approver)
• Execute deep dive exploratory research, ad-hoc research and/or quarterly brand trackers
• Work with the design team to conceptualize and design all necessary communication elements to support the commercial goals of all product divisions
• Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement
• Create a collaborative environment for all team members to work and grow professionally
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or Communications
• 0-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
