Primary Objective of the Job:

 

  • Responsible for driving airtime top up, plans and other core Diaspora core product revenues for assigned Digicel markets in the Caribbean and Central America
  • Manage the Diaspora day-to-day operational aspects for assigned markets
  • Push market initiatives to the various Diaspora channels
  • Analyze market data on a daily basis
  • Design and implement market initiatives
  • Manage the portal for the online channel
  • Coordinate segmented campaigns, offering and CRM activities to the Diaspora for the assigned Digicel markets

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Driving revenues via Diaspora products and channels by targeting the Diaspora of specific Digicel markets
  • Monitor the day-to-day operations of their respective markets
  • Report on, study and interpret the daily data from the market operations
  • Communicate this information to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Driving revenues for specific markets of the Caribbean and Central America
  • Work with other Diaspora team members to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets in respective territories
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and sales forecasting for all assigned markets
  • Develop a strong relationship with the Executives and Commercial Team in the assigned Digicel markets
  • Work with market and Diaspora teams to maximize revenues from Diaspora channels to the assigned markets
  • Partner with Marketing to roll out programs in support of revenue goals.
  • Developing promotions/incentive programs and adapt according to distribution and online channels
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly financial analysis and developing internal reports/metrics to gauge financial health of the assigned markets
  • Work closely with CVM Manager to develop, execute and analyze CVM campaigns
  • Coordinate segmented campaigns, offerings and CRM activities to the Diaspora for the assigned Digicel markets

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Degree level education in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ Commercial experience in mobile telecommunications, fintech or related field 
  • Strong leadership, people management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, hands-on and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Understanding of Caribbean and Latin American Diaspora required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Flexible and resilient to excel in a fast paced industry
  • Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues to achieve target outcomes
