As the Reporting & Compliance Analyst, this person aims to regulate reporting and system activities for HR, review process & procedures and manage HR systems (Success Factors & Pay Global) by creating reporting analytics for business needs. The role is based in Digicel Nabua.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and implement HR reporting process, and network across markets to drive the HR agenda with clear guidance using data management and analytics.
  • Prepare and circulate people reports for board paper and business reporting needs by effectively engaging with market Senior Management teams.
  • Generate and deliver innovative, meaningful HR Metrics and provide insightful data to the markets. For example, identify trends and variances in manpower cost against budget.
  • As the regulator of HR systems, ensure the timely update of data (SF & PG) for all markets through continuous system audits and controls to achieve data accuracy which supports audit mandates.
  • Review and update HR SOP for best practice alignment to mitigate compliance risks through proactive interaction with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support competitive market HR trends procedurally and incorporate system enhancement opportunities such as digital transformation of employee benefits and HR functions as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze and review system integration / enhancement requirements in consultation with key stakeholders (IT, Payroll, System vendor) to produce efficiencies and achieve set goals.
  • Conduct system (SF & PG) training to support the know-how and increase HR team awareness by designing effective reporting techniques and at the same time demonstrating strong understanding of systems.
  • Respond to audit inquiries and regulatory employment matters.
  • Ensure that HR Reporting and service delivery is thoroughly administered consistently across all markets.
  • Take lead on special projects to improve existing HR framework of systems, policies, SOPs to achieve successful outcomes such as cost efficiency, digital focus and resourcefulness.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Systems or related field of HR with at least 3 years’ experience working in HR with some compliance background.
