This management role reports to the Regional Head of HR – HUB Markets and you will be responsible for the development and review of reporting analytics, policy & procedures and HR systems (Success Factors & Pay Global). The role strategizes to promote a data driven culture with a strong hold on systems and processes within the HR discipline. The role is based in Digicel Nabua.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Implement streamlined data management with timely analysis and reporting of quality assured data for financial and business trends.
  • As subject matter expert, redefine reporting parameters in close collaboration with the HR team including recommendations for each market.
  • Introduce controls to assess data input into systems for accuracy in business intelligence needs across markets.
  • Review policies and procedures with existing practices to determine best practice and audit compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across markets and departments to drive and promote the HR agenda.
  • Implement competitive HR market trends for employee benefits and HR functions to identify digital and system enhancement opportunities regionally, an employer of choice.
  • Manage HR reporting within timelines to embed accuracy, consistency and recognize patterns for further expansion. For example; remuneration, training, headcount/Opex and payroll, etc.
  • Analyze and review system integration / enhancement prospects in consultation with IT /Payroll/Vendor to produce key HR metrics.
  • Provide guidance, training and leadership to the HR team through engagement and strengthen departmental relationships.
  • Manage special projects aimed to improve existing HR framework of systems, policies, SOPs to achieve cost efficiencies, digital focus and resource efficiency.
  • Drive and support engagement plans and other operational activities across all markets.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR with at least 3 years’ experience in working in HR with some compliance background.
