Job Title: Head of Revenue Assurance & Wholesales


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the national roaming contract, guaranteeing its normal operation and establishing the controls that allow us to administer it.
  • Create reconciliations on the different platforms and services
  • Review and optimize the income margin of the commercial offer.
  • Develop processes and information extraction for daily use
  • Monitor the daily, monthly or weekly behavior of the main KPIs.
  • Alert the SMT of the potential risks that are identified.
  • Meet a fiscal year quota in recovered revenue.
  • Work with the different areas to guarantee correct processes.
  • Coordinate the Wholesaler, Risk and Revenue Assurance team.
  • Guarantee the normal operation of all the company's billing platforms, establishing controls that minimize income losses.


Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the industry in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of technologies and services related to telecommunications.
  • Proven technology training or skills or experience in technical fields.
  • Advanced PL / SQL.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of information.
  • Tableau / PowerBI management.
